The hotel's decoration was lovely, with bright and spacious areas that made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was easy for me to navigate around the hotel, even as a senior woman, with direct access to the beautiful gardens.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing information and recommendations for activities suitable for senior people.

The value for money at Abba Ordino Babot was impressive. The room was comfortable and clean, and the stunning views from the hotel were a highlight. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful forests and gardens. The staff went above and beyond to provide a helpful and positive experience throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming mountain escape. The cozy design made us feel like we were in a warm grandma's house. The views from our room and the restaurant were breathtaking. The fireplace on the ground floor with the comfy sofas around it was a lovely touch. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the best part was the impeccable service from the waitress who served us during dinner. we highly recommend this hotel for a mountain getaway.

I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer because it provides expansive facilities to carry out any type of event, from family celebrations to work meetings, congresses or conferences. The meeting room with free WiFi Internet in public areas was a great asset for my work.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.

Wonderful view, nice pool. Breakfast was okay.
Room was not properly cleaned, bathroom should be better for a three star hotel.

Spacious Rooms: The rooms at this mountain chalet are simply but nicely decorated with a wooden wall at the head of the bed, creating a cozy and rustic atmosphere.
Limited Supplies: One minor issue is that the breakfast was already empty and no one seemed interested in getting supplies, despite it being one hour prior to closing.

The hotel offers spectacular views of the picturesque surroundings and is set in a mountain chalet with a classic rustic style. The personalized and family service made me feel right at home. The rooms were simply but nicely decorated, with a wooden wall at the head of the bed, creating a cozy atmosphere. It was a perfect place to unwind after an exciting day full of activities. The bright spaces with direct access to the gardens were ideal for enjoying a cocktail or going for a leisurely walk.

The customer service was very friendly and accommodating. The views from the hotel were mesmerizing, as every room had a great view of the valley. The dinner and breakfast selection was delicious and plentiful. the location was peaceful, perfect for relaxation and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The soundproofing between rooms was poor, and we could hear our neighbours' activities. It was a bit inconvenient as we couldn't fully rest at night.

Perfect setting, excellent hotel in every respect. Loved the pool!
Not really. I find hotel towels small but that's applicable generally to all hotels we have visited.
